By accessing the Flutter Developer Resource GitHub Repository ("Resource"), you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first access the Resource through "https://flutter-source-code-access.hussainmustafa.com/" ("Website").

The Resource is provided under a non-transferable, non-exclusive license granting users access to a curated collection of Flutter development resources. The Resource is provided "as is," without any warranty, guarantee, or other terms regarding its quality, fitness for purpose, or accuracy. The licensor shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential losses, damages, or costs (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Resource. Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event the licensor is deemed liable for any breach, you agree that the liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for access to the Resource. By using the Resource, you release the licensor from any obligations, liabilities, or claims exceeding this limitation.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Resource, including the integration of provided code or materials into your projects. The licensor assumes no responsibility for the outcomes or consequences of such use.

The licensor reserves the right to adjust pricing as the Resource evolves and new materials are added. Discounted rates are provided to allow customers to secure current pricing ahead of future increases.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and the licensor as a result of your access to the Resource. You agree not to present yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of the licensor. The licensor is not liable for any representation, act, or omission by you.
